Please see the attached form to order your uniform. Please turn in in to Cassandra ASAP! Please contact her and get the order forms dropped of if you have not mailed them already!

If you were unable to pick up these Items from last Thursday or Tuesday nights events please text Mrs. Yost 5863508863 to schedule a time to pick up your items.
Jimmy John’s field is going to open at the end of june, date undecided as of right now. Games will most likely be Sunday mornings and then Monday through Saturday evening. As of right now they will need help with a few concession stands but not picnic areas for now. Can you please email or text me if you are still interested in helping out so I am able to let them know how many of our team is still available and how many we could send each game. I should have game dates in a few weeks. Thank you for your help, support and understanding
Any Seniors with funds left in their Student Account can submit a request for reimbursement, along with eligible expense receipts, to be received no later than June 30th, 2020. The funds earned can ONLY be used for band & music related expenses: private music lessons, instrument repair/purchase, camp, trips, banquet, summer uniforms, marching shoes, solo & ensemble fees, etc. The account can be held open for 2 years for a younger sibling, or designated to any band fund (not transferable to another student). While we were not able to hold our annual spring banquet, we still have many awards, certificates etc. to get to you. So in lieu of the awards banquet, we will have an Awards-Pickup, much like the seniors just did for turning in their materials. Parents are welcome and feel free to hang our for a bit if you would like!
Rookie marchers will receive their Varsity Letters, upperclassmen will receive their service bars, and seniors will receive a gift from the HFII I.M.B. I will be handing out the individual awards as well! If you ordered a band yearbook they will be available as well.
Seniors- if you have a school instrument, you can return it at this time. (And you can sign/engrave the Schoenherrmaphone!)
ALL students- any school music you have can be turned in.
NEXT YEARS MARCHING MUSIC WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE!!

Now that some of the gathering restrictions have been lifted, it is time to proudly announce next year’s Field Command for the Falcon Marching Band!!! Ordinarily, this would have been done at the spring concert, and I didn’t want to just send out a post announcing the winners. So, we will be celebrating our traditional Exchange of Salutes this on Tuesday, June 9 at 8:00 PM, at Farmstead Park. (Roof work going on at HFII, parking lot and field etc. unavailable) The governor is allowing for outdoor gatherings of up to 100 people, observing social distancing protocols, masks etc. so we will have to keep a close eye on this. In this crazy year, this is at least 1 tradition, albeit modified) that we can continue! Hope to see you next Tuesday! GO BAND!!
Dear Henry Ford band booster parents,I am emailing you to update you on our Jimmy John’s fundraiser. In light of the governors limited capacity order and social distancing order still in place, the opening of Jimmy John’s field is still uncertain and the fundraiser is postponed. I will be taking down the sign up genius for now and as soon as I get any more information from them I will let everyone know. Thank you for your understanding and support
