Away Band Camp Day of departure 7/28

All,

Reminder this Sunday 7/28 we leave for Band Camp at CMU.

Please arrive by 9:30 for check in. Also Please have money on hand for lunch. The buses will be stopping for lunch midway up to CMU. Money should be on your person not in your suitcase! Please make sure you do as it will very difficult to get anything from your suitcases until we unload at CMU.

See everyone Sunday.

REMINDER!! Band camp Payment and Paperwork!!

All Band Members,

All band camp paperwork is due tomorrow morning Tuesday July 23rd by 8:30am.

Volunteers are trying to put it all together. It is imperative that it be turned in!!

Also, if you have an outstanding balance for band camp, it needs to be paid in full Tuesday morning. Students will not receive their summer uniform unless this is taken care of. Uniforms will be distributed tomorrow after camp.

REMINDER that the last $225 for away band camp was due to Sharon, our treasurer, by July 1st.

We have several Students that have said they are going but have not paid towards camp at all. In addition we have many who have only paid the first half.

Please get your payments in so we can get the proper count for CMU. We need to get this turned in by July 19th. We need all payments to us by no later than the end of this week.

See the attached form to get your summer uniform. The shirts are part of your students camp payment.

Your students account can be used for any uniform items as long as your account has funds.

You can purchase a shirt as listed at an additional cost.

Due date for this form is June 18th TODAY.  Please contact Cassie and make arrangements to get the form and payment to her!

Our last event of the year is Cedar Point!!  For all those who have signed up, you need to be at Henry Ford 2 ready to go by 7:15. Buses will be there at 7 and will be leaving at 7:30 am promptly. Please be on time !!
