Restaurant Night December 6th

Thank you for your interest in hosting a Fundraising event at our 14121 Hall Road, Shelby Township, MI 48315 location on Thursday, December 6, 2018 between 4:00pm and 8:00pm. Your organization has been approved, and you may now begin promoting your event!
As noted on our website, 20% of sales will be donated back to your organization. Donation is determined by pre-tax sales from participating orders. We require a minimum of $100 in sales brought in by your organization in order to make a donation. A printed flyer or an electronic version of the flyer on a mobile phone or tablet must be presented when ordering. The flyers cannot be passed out onsite the night of the event—you must do this ahead of time. Please see our Promote Your Event page on our website for ideas on how you can promote your event in your community.

Reminder:  In order to take advantage of an additional scrip order this holiday season, the next order is due with money to me, Anita Landini, on Tuesday November 20th.  Also, November 20th is Thanks scrip ing day and there are usually alot of great deals.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TOUR

Elementary School Tour Tuesday 11/20 FULL Uniform.

Students will be dismissed from 2nd-6th hour. IB students will need to make arrangements to be at HFII for the entire day, if they plan on attending.

Bring lunch – we will be eating lunch in the band room, lunch lines will NOT be available.

Polar Pizza Party

Thank you to all who have already signed up for donations and/or for their time at the party.  We are still in need of anything that is not blacked out on the attached donation sheets as well as more volunteers for before, during and after the party.  Most importantly we are in need of a Santa and photographer(s)!
 
A donation box will be placed in Mr. Schoenherr’s room starting the week of November 26.  Please have all donations turned in by 3pm on December 7.  Mr. Schoenherr will also have a signup sheet for students to volunteer their time for before, during, and after the party.  Please encourage your student(s) to do so as they can earn volunteer hours.

Harv Daniel Scholarship Application

This year we are proud to present a special scholarship to honor a very dear band parent who passed away during this marching season. Harv Daniel opened his heart and his home to all HFII band students and families and his generosity and smile will be greatly missed.
A 300.00 scholarship will be awarded to one band student grades 10-12 by his wife Dee (or a family representative) at the Christmas Concert on Thursday, December 6th. All applications must be filled out completely and submitted to Mr. Tony Landini (HF2IMB Vice President) via mail or email no later than December 1, 2018. No late applications will be accepted and all submission information is on the form.
One random applicant will be drawn at the concert from all thoughtfully completed applications. Good Luck and Go Band!
