Band Camp Payment

Good day!
The first band camp payment is due June 1, 2018 to the Treasurer.  It can be turned in at the Booster meeting in June, or mailed to the Treasurer at 16298 Angora Lane, Macomb, MI 48044.
The total band camp fee has not been finalized yet.  Mr. Schoenherr is making every effort to keep the cost the same as last year, but it has not been finalized.    As soon as we know what the cost will be, we will let you know.
The first payment remains unchanged at $200, due June 1.   The remaining balance will be due July 1, 2018.
Attached is the band camp payment form for your convenience.

Sheet sale is STILL running until Tuesday, May 15.  Please place orders and disregard error messages.  Contact me if you want to confirm order went through.  It seems that they are processing correctly.  The person who runs this fundraiser has apologized many times over for the issues he has encountered while switching his website to a different server.  He is working with us to update on a daily basis.  Don’t forget to send me the names/emails of those who have ordered for your student account.  And if you have questions about whether an order went through, please email me so that I can check.

Jimmy John’s Field Fundraiser

There is still time to sign up for the Jimmy John’s Field fundraiser. We earn $30 per person. That means you will receive $25.50 into your student account, with the exception of your first shift which will be $19.50 to cover the cost of your hat and the cleaning fees of the aprons. The first training session is scheduled for Thursday, May 3 at 6 PM at Jimmy John’s Field. If you haven’t signed up to volunteer yet, please click on the link below and take a look at what is currently available. When those days fill up, if we have people who would like to work additional shifts, we can sign up for additional days.
