Hello All
Pizza kits pick up time is tomorrow Tuesday February 13th between 5-6 at the band room doors.

ALL BAND,
For this evenings attendees to work please park in the faculty lot which is nearest the main entrance this should be plowed.
As for tomorrow, the building custodians should have the sidewalks/entrances clear. The plow should be plowing the lots for public parking at around 4am. All workers are parking in the faculty lot nearest the main entrance or by the Tennis courts which I believe is the same area. Please follow this to allow for easy movement and help our parking lot team out.

Please note that even if school is cancelled tomorrow, Friday February 9th, the Craftshow set up WILL still go as planned.
All those that signed up for Friday hours please SHOW UP!

All day, Wednesday the 7th through Sunday the 11th. The kids will get the “free sub with $2 donation”cards on Wednesday. They can redeem anytime between the 7-11th at the Hall Road ( near Hayes) location. The band gets 50% of the total fundraiser.

There are some order booklets in the band room that your student can pick up if you would like.
Also you can review the order booklet on line at PizzaKit.com.
All orders and monies are due at the meeting Monday February 5, 2018 and will be arriving for pick up on February 13th.
