Reminder there is a HF2IMB General Members meeting this Monday Oct 2nd 7PM in the band room.

Reminder that all Popcorn orders/payment are due at the meeting.  If you cannot attend, please send your order to school with your student on Monday.  There is an envelope in the band room that they can place it in.

Anticipate delivery sometime around the week of October 23.  Cravings Popcorn pops our order fresh when they receive it so it can take around 2 weeks once they receive our order/payment.  Make sure Brenda has your contact information!  Thank you!

If you are going to attend MSBOA tickets will be avaialable at the Band meeting Monday Oct 2nd. It is best to buy them early and from our organization as then the money will go directly to our organization.

Mums need to be picked up Monday Sept 25th between 5 and 6!!

And if anyone would like to help, mums are being delivered at 3:30

We are making them again this Monday Sept 25th from 6-9pm.  Text/call Joy at (586) 549-2195 if can help.  Also in need of melting chocolate (red, white, chocolate) and pretzel bags/containers which can be dropped off in band room.
