UCS-Backgroundcheck

Hello Everyone !!  Marching Season is upon us and our first home football game is next Thursday August 24th 2017 and we are in need of bus chaperones for the game.  The information is as follows:

Chaperones need to be at HFII by 5:45pm the day of the game

Chaperones will be returning with the buses after the game.

Chaperones need to have background check paperwork on file with UCS to be able to chaperone(attached).

If you are interested in Chaperoning this event, please email anthonylandini100@gmail.com .  This is a great way to participate with the students and get involved with the Great HFII Band Program.

We will also be looking for the Romeo Peach Festival Parade on Labor day next week – so if you would like to chaperone that event let me know that also.  Both are lots of fun with the students !!

Thanks,

Tony

As we prepare to resume the rehearsal schedule for the HFII Marching Band, a couple things:
1. Due to road construction projects EVERYWHERE, August rehearsals scheduled to start at 5:00 will start at 5:30. Thursday 8/24 (game day) will still start at 2:30.
2. Rehearsals will be at HFII, on the field in front of the PAC.
3. Final call for shoe orders will be 8/23- see Mr. Schoenherr next week to get that taken care of.
4. Questions are coming in regarding Freshmen Orientation; it is on Thursday 8/31, call time 6:15 (in summer uniform tshirt).  We will play as people come into the gym, have a quick performance in the gym to kick off the evening, then will be dismissed. Freshmen would then return to the gym to sit with their parents for the rest of the orientation.

LASTLY- info on fall uniform fitting will be announced shortly.

THANKS

HFII Game Program

Our football parent group is once again putting together a fabulous game program!  We will be selling programs at every single home game this year for a small fee.  Not only will the football team will be in the program, but we would like to include pages with photos of the marching band, and dance team!  Our goal is to have everything submitted by Wednesday, Aug. 10  in order to have printed for the first game.   I wanted to reach out to see if we would be able to have pictures from you by then.
Also, we are selling some advertisements for the program!  We have quite a few opportunities of different sizes and additional advertising on our website for 1/2 page, full page & cover ad purchases.  If you know of anyone that would like to advertise in our program, it would be greatly appreciated if you could forward the information!  We would appreciate if you could pass on to your families as well in case they have a business or know of someone that would like to advertise.
On the website, in the list of items available, you will notice one line shout outs– these are for friends & family to show their support for their favorite Ford II Falcon!  Please pass along this opportunity as well to your parents as we would love to include shout-outs for all the Falcons on Thursday/Friday nights!
I appreciate your help, and we are looking forward to a great season!
