Timeline- USPBL Game
At Jimmy John’s Field, May 19
Summer Uniform shirt, Jeans, long-sleeve t-shirt,
Bring a sweatshirt
THERE WILL BE NO BUS TRANSPORTATION TO OR FROM- ARRANGE CARPOOLS!!!!
5:30 Report to Jimmy Johns Field Main Entrance- Parking (see below) is about a 10 minute walk
5:50 Begin playing outside main entrance
6:10 playing on the field, pre-game “stuff”
6:45 Unfolding of the American Flag, National Anthem (we are not playing that)
7:00 Game starts, get a snack. Drumline will play between innings.
Stay at least through the 5th inning, after that you are free to go
Regardless if you are going to NYC or not, we need all uniforms turned in!

Tickets for Jimmy Johns for May 19th will be available for purchase at the Spring concert this Thursday May 11. See Stacy Yost.
Stacy Yost will have tickets available for purchase for the Jimmy Johns May 19th event at the meeting tonight. Remember cost is $20 per ticket with $10 being split 85/15.

To all students, parents, and chaperones attending NYC there is a meeting tonight at Henry Ford at 7PM. All students going to NYC must have one parent present at the meeting.

Come out and support the HF2 Marching Falcons on May 19th at Jimmy Johns Field.
Gates open at 6pm
The band will be walking the US Flag on the field at 7PM.
Tickets $20 per person, $10 will go back to the boosters!
The $10 will be split 85/15 between your student account and the boosters.
Transportation will not be provided via UCS bus. More information to follow regarding call time, parking, and car pool.
If anyone has any concert, performance, parade, and solo ensemble pictures they’d be willing to share, we’d could really use them for the Band Banquet Book. I would need them by tomorrow night though in order to get them in the book before they start printing. Please send any pictures you have to Lenny Luceus. If you have pictures you can’t scan, please contact me and I’ll make arrangements with you to pick them up and then get them back to you after I’ve had a chance to scan them.

Band Banquet Tickets are available for purchase until Monday, May 1st.Please return the form at the May booster meetings or by mail with a self-addressed stamped envelope to receive your tickets. The Banquet is Monday, May 15th, doors open at 6pm. The cost per ticket is $22 for adults and children. The banquet is open to all band student, not just seniors. Invite family and friends to attend the banquet and congratulate their student for an awesome 2016-17 year. Student tickets can be purchased from there student account, but only the students, no one else’s.

Mr. Schoenherr is accepting applications for band camp chaperone’s. It’s a great opportunity to see the 2017-2018 marching band show develop and have a great time. You will develop new friendships with other chaperones (band parents) and students. Please return all applications to Mr Schoenherr by June 15th.
