Sale starts:     1/9/2017 order forms can be picked up from Mr. Schoehnerr;
Orders due:     2/6/2017 at the booster meeting with payment (checks made out to HFIIMB NOT Little Caesars)
Pick up date:   2/14/2017 at 5:30 pm in the band room.

7.  Add delicious Little Caesar’s products to your cart.
8.  When checking out, add your ‘seller’s name’ to the bottom of the order form.

National Coney Island Restaurant Night

National Coney Island restaurant night January 10th. The event run from 4PM – 8PM. This is the first of 3 planned event. You must bring the flyer in with you and give it your server for the Boosters to get credit. The National Coney Island is located at 45221 Utica Park Boulevard (Best Buy/Sam’s Club Plaza off Hall Rd near the M-53 freeway). NY Trip – Student Priority, Band Fan Sign Up

The boosters would like to remind students that after Jan 9th, you will no longer have priority for the trip. If you want to be guaranteed a spot, you need to pay your $100 deposit before then.

Band fans can sign up starting Jan 10th, and it will be first come first serve. Fans also need to pay a $100 deposit at sign up. If  anyone has any questions, please contact Brenda Bullock.

Hungry Howie’s Fundrasier

The boosters are selling Hungry Howie Gift Cards for 10 dollars. The money will help the boosters pay for snacks at football games, parades, and other events the band participate in throughout the year.The last day to purchase cards is Jan 24th.   • 2017 NYC Band Trip Deposits – A $100 deposit is due January 2nd for students. Adults wishing to go can pay a deposit after January 9th.
  • Crafter’s Clearance – The crafter’s clearance show this school year is February 10th & 11th. Please make sure your child and/or family members put in a combined time of 6 hour work to get a share put in to your students account. Also please share and like the Facebook page with friends and family to help get the word out for the years event. We also need places to put street signs. If you live or own a business on a busy street, please volunteer to place a sign on your property.
  • Hungry Howie The boosters are selling Hungry Howie Gift Cards for 10 dollars.   • Script / Gift Card orders – Due at Monday’s meeting.  This is one of our easiest fundraisers.  You can earn money for your student’s account just by purchasing gift cards for stores where you already purchase items.  Sam’s Club, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Starbucks, Wendy’s, Subway, Meijer, Mobil, etc. If you have any questions please contact Anita Landini at 586-604-1254 or email drummermomlandini@gmail.com.

Script Orders

Reminder that script orders are due no later than at the meeting on Monday night with payments. In order to get ahead of the Christmas backlog and order rush and to make sure we get our cards quickly, I am putting the order in on Tuesday.

NYC trip update:

Students:  there are still seats available for interested HF2 band students.  We will hold open seats for students only until January 9th.  Please turn in your deposit ASAP to Mr. Schoenherr or mail it to Mrs. Bullock.
Guests:  We will open available seats to HF2 band family members beginning at the IMB Booster Meeting on January 9, 2017 at 7:00.  A deposit of $100 per person must be turned in to hold your seat.  We will not accept deposits for guests prior to the meeting on January 9th.
All:  The final price is not yet determined (it depends on how many people go!)  Mr. Schoenherr will keep the price at or below $1,100 per student.  Guest prices may be higher, depending on the number of people in a room.  We hope to have a payment schedule for you shortly.  In the meantime, anyone wishing to pay toward their student’s trip is welcome to do so.
