TIMELINE

REHEARSAL/Harper Woods Band-O-Rama

SATURDAY September 26^th, 2015

 8:00-12:00                   REHEARSAL ON FIELD

12:00 PM     LUNCH- Provided by HFII I.M.B.!!!!

1:00-2:30            Rehearsal

 2:30           Change into uniforms, trailer loaded, etc.

 3:15ish      Depart for Harper Woods H.S.

 4:00ish      Arrive at Harper Woods H.S., unload equipment, proceed to                       warm-up area.

 4:30            Show begins. We are the 2^nd band to perform in this portion of the show. We will watch at the first band from the “staging” area

4:45           Approximate performance time. After our performance, we will return to the stands for the last band.

5:30           Depart for HFII

6:15           Back at HFII

Admission Fees: $4 student, $5 adult, $15 Family rate (up to 4 people)
