There will be a vote taken at the next Membership Meeting (Dec 7th) to change the current by-laws. Please review the added change below and be prepared to vote at the meeting. Members will be able to ask questions before the vote is taken.
Electronic Deposit/Transfer Account
This account will be utilized for the sole purpose of receiving or sending funds electronically for the HF2IMB. This account will only be utilized by companies with which the HF2IMB does business that require electronic transfer of money for deposit or payment. Funds received will be transferred to the regular savings account within thirty (30) days of posting to the account. Payments will be funded a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the scheduled withdrawal . A minimum of ten dollars ($10) will be maintained in the account at all times.
