Greetings to New York City-bound students (and their parents)!
As we quickly approach the departure date for our New York City trip, the chaperones, Instrumental Music Boosters board members, and director are busily putting the final touches on the trip details. In order to ensure that you have all the necessary information on this wonderful learning experience, there will be a mandatory meeting for all trip participants and at least one parent/guardian on Monday, May 8th, at 7:00 PM in the Henry Ford II PAC. It is imperative that you are in attendance at this meeting, as we will be signing necessary documents, discussing the itinerary and going over in great detail the student expectations.
For the students who take any form of prescription medication, please stop by the Band Room to pick up a form. Please take the time to fill those out and return with you on the 8th.
(If all information from Band Camp has not changed,
A new form will not be necessary.)
Please bring the following things to this meeting:
- Pen (for signing documents)
- Prescription Self-Medication form (if needed)
- Any questions you might have regarding the trip.

In addition, there will be music rehearsals for all student participants:
Monday May 1 6:00-8:00
Monday May 8 6:00-7:00, meeting at 7:00
Monday May 15 2:30-4:00
Monday May 22 2:30-4:00
These rehearsals are MANDATORY FOR ALL TRIP PARTICIPANTS!
