Hello Band Students & Parents.
We hope this finds you well and your family healthy.
The Band Board met last night, via video conf, as we do every month prior to our General business meeting.
Taking into account the recent events and school closed we will not be holding any further General Membership meetings the remainder of this school year until our return in September.
Regarding the nominations for board positions we will take any additional nominees up until Monday April 6th at 8pm.
Positions and Nominees:
- Vice President – Michelle HB
- Recording Secretary – Jennifer Vanarsdale
- Ways and Means – Stacy Yost
Following the close of nomination, we will be sending out an electronica ballet to you all and will close by Monday April 13th 8pm.
All Home/Away Camp and summer uniform information will be sent electronically as the information is received.
If you know any incoming freshman please pass along the information and have them email me at hf2imb@gmail.com to get them added to the distribution.
Due to school closing the spring concerts will be cancelled.
Further business:
HF2 Handmade Market Place results: Well we have a very successful Show this year. Student earnings: $191.50 to be deposited to each student account that worked the 6 hours in order to receive their share.
Flower sale: The flower sale fundraiser will be cancelled this spring.
Band Banquet: In lieu of the recent events we will be cancelling the banquet. Stacy is working on the video and Michelle HB is also working on the yearbook. The board is discussing what we may be able to do at a later date to recognize our students and seniors.
Freshman Pool Party: TBD
Cedar Point: TBD – follow up once we have some updated details
Jimmy Johns: TBD – Based on Lock down and what this sports league does for this season
