Dear Henry Ford band booster parents, there will be a small training may 2nd  at Jimmy John’s  baseball field at 630pm for the families interested in participating in the Jimmy John’s fundraiser. They will go over the set up and you will get to meet some of the staff we will be volunteering  with.
Please text me at 586 873 0353 to let me know if you are coming.
 Please also remember to sign up for your volunteer dates so I can let them know who is coming and what dates you are volunteering  for.

To register:  1. go to the link provided in the PDF (First time users may need to set up an account first), 2. select the 3 meals you would like to make and complete the checkout process  3. show up on April 26 at 6:00PM to assemble your meals. It’s that easy please use the link in the flyer!

Fundraiser – Jimmy Johns Field

Join us for a fun day at the ballpark, volunteering in their picnic area and in their concession stands. This is a great way to earn money for band camp and for other band events and future trips. If you are a freshman parent and you volunteer during the months of May and June, you will have money in your student account for this years band camp. For each game you volunteer at, you will receive $25.50 in your student account. You will receive an email invite from signup genius. Please begin signing up as soon as you get the invite so we can lock in our dates. Please sign up for no more than 8 spots to start per student. if there are more openings you will have more opportunities to sign up for more. We need  12-15 volunteers per game. We will also develop an on-call list for those who are interested in last minute calls. Let’s show Jimmy Johns field what a great band we are!

Dream Dinners

Dream Dinners has availability in April to do a fundraiser.  The following Dates/Times are available:
Thursday, April 18 1 PM or 5 PM
Thursday, April 25 1 PM
Friday, April 26 6:30 PM
The deal is that people register on the website to make 3 3-servings meals for 34.99 and $10 from each order goes back to the organization.  Also, for everyone who signs up to come back and do a full 36 serving order, an additional $20 per order goes back to the organization.  I’ve attached the flyer with information as well as the menu.
I can’t make it to the meeting tonight but if you want to throw it out there and see if anyone is interested that would be great.  Just let me know what date/time works and I will get it scheduled.  I need to know by Wednesday so I can get it set up on the site for people to register.
