REMINDER: Our next general booster meeting is Tomorrow March 5th in the Band Room or (ECC) we will be holding the general boosters meeting. Please come attend to find out all that is going on with fundraising events and what is upcoming with the bands!
Tonight’s concert has been cancelled due to inclement weather.

Hello Everyone,
MSBOA for concert and symphonic band is Saturday March 10 and we are in need of chaperones for both bands. The schedule is as follows:
Concert Band
Report to band room at 10:30
Check the students onto the 2 buses at 10:45
Ride the buses to Dakota and arrive at 11:20 ish
Stay with the students and help as needed
Check the students back on the buses at 2:00 (some students are in both band so they may return with symphonic band so you will need to make a note when the check in they will not be on bus back)
Back at Ford at 2:30
Symphonic Band
Report to band room at 12:50
Check the students onto the 1 bus at 1:05
Ride the buses to Dakota and arrive at 1:40 ish
Stay with the students and help as needed
Check the students back on the buses at 4:00 (some students are in both band so they may return with symphonic band so you may have more students than you come with)
Back at Ford at 4:30

No Flyer required or information needed.

Hello All
Pizza kits pick up time is tomorrow Tuesday February 13th between 5-6 at the band room doors.

ALL BAND,
For this evenings attendees to work please park in the faculty lot which is nearest the main entrance this should be plowed.
As for tomorrow, the building custodians should have the sidewalks/entrances clear. The plow should be plowing the lots for public parking at around 4am. All workers are parking in the faculty lot nearest the main entrance or by the Tennis courts which I believe is the same area. Please follow this to allow for easy movement and help our parking lot team out.
