Hello,

Its already time again for Cedar Point !!  The students (and parents) look forward to this trip every year and this year its scheduled foCEDAR POINT SIGN UP!!!r June 16^th, the Friday after school gets out.  We are holding the cost the same as it has been the last few years at 80$.  Attached is the information as well as both the Trip Authorization Form and Trip Payment Form (both must be filled out and turned in to Tony Landini or Mr. Schoenherr with the payment).  If there are any questions please email Tony Landini at anthonylandini100@gmail.com .

Please get your payment in as soon as possible before we fill up the buses !!!!

WE will be meeting/checking in in the New Aux. Gym on Wednesday 5/24, no later than 8:30 PM. For those of you leaving your cars here for the duration of the trip, you will need to park them in the parking lot near the band trailers, nearest to the Tennis Courts. (Per Mr. Cucchi)

Bring a sweatshirt

THERE WILL BE NO BUS TRANSPORTATION TO OR FROM- ARRANGE CARPOOLS!!!!

5:30                Report to Jimmy Johns Field Main Entrance- Parking (see below) is about a 10 minute walk

5:50                Begin playing outside main entrance

6:10                playing on the field, pre-game “stuff”

6:45                Unfolding of the American Flag, National Anthem (we are not playing that)

7:00                Game starts, get a snack. Drumline will play between innings.

Stay at least through the 5^th inning, after that you are free to go

Regardless if you are going to NYC or not, we need all uniforms turned in!

Tickets for Jimmy Johns for May 19th will be available for purchase at the Spring concert this Thursday May 11. See Stacy Yost.

Stacy Yost will have tickets available for purchase for the Jimmy Johns May 19th event at the meeting tonight. Remember cost is $20 per ticket with $10 being split 85/15.

To all students, parents, and chaperones attending NYC there is a meeting tonight at Henry Ford at 7PM. All students going to NYC must have one parent present at the meeting.
