Come out and support the HF2 Marching Falcons on May 19th at Jimmy Johns Field.

Gates open at 6pm

The band will be walking the US Flag on the field at 7PM.

Tickets $20 per person, $10 will go back to the boosters!

The $10 will be split 85/15 between your student account and the boosters.

Transportation will not be provided via UCS bus. More information to follow regarding call time, parking, and car pool.

If anyone has any concert, performance, parade, and solo ensemble pictures they’d be willing to share, we’d could really use them for the Band Banquet Book. I would need them by tomorrow night though in order to get them in the book before they start printing. Please send any pictures you have to Lenny Luceus. If you have pictures you can’t scan, please contact me and I’ll make arrangements with you to pick them up and then get them back to you after I’ve had a chance to scan them.

Banquet Ticket Order Form

Band Banquet Tickets are available for purchase until Monday, May 1st.Please return the form at the May booster meetings or by mail with a self-addressed stamped envelope to receive your tickets. The Banquet is Monday, May 15th, doors open at 6pm. The cost per ticket is $22 for adults and children. The banquet is open to all band student, not just seniors. Invite family and friends to attend the banquet and congratulate their student for an awesome 2016-17 year. Student tickets can be purchased from there student account, but only the students, no one else’s.

Band Camp Application

Mr. Schoenherr is accepting applications for band camp chaperone’s. It’s a great opportunity to see the 2017-2018 marching band show develop and have a great time. You will develop new friendships with other chaperones (band parents) and students. Please return all applications to Mr Schoenherr by June 15th.

• 2017 NYC Band Trip Payment – If anyone owe’s money, please see Brenda Bullock.
• Max & Erma’s – Max & Erma’s restaurant event is all day May 3rd. You need to bring a flyer with you to the restaurant and give it to your server for the Boosters to get credit. Max & Erma’s is located in the middle of Partridge Creek.
• Band Banquet Tickets – Tickets will be available for purchase at the May Booster meetings. May 1st is the last night to buy tickets for the banquet. The banquet is for all band students and family, not just Senior’s. Tickets are $22/person.
• Spring Flower Sale – Delivery and pick up will be May 13th. Delivery will be at 6am and volunteers are needed to separate the orders and pick up will start at 10am.
• Jimmy Johns Field – The Marching Band will be playing at Jimmy’s John Field in front May 19th. Please come out and support the Marching Band.
• Jersey Mike’s Nights –  Henry Ford High School will be doing another Jersey Mike’s Restaurant Nights event May 17th – May 21st.

• Farewell Senior Picnic – Were still looking for someone to chair the senior picnic at Farmstead Park at the end of May.
• Cedar Point – Its already time again for Cedar Point !!  The students (and parents) look forward to this trip every year and this year its scheduled for June 16^th, the Friday after school gets out.  We are holding the cost the same as it has been the last few years at 80$.  Attached is the information as well as both the Trip Authorization Form and Trip Payment Form (both must be filled out and turned in to Tony Landini or Mr. Schoenherr with the payment).  If there are any questions please email Tony Landini at anthonylandini100@gmail.com

The first Band Camp payment is due June 1st. Please send a check to Stephanie McKenzie, (treasurer) for $200.00. Please make sure checks are made out to HF2IMB.
