30th Annual Flower Sale – Mother’s Day Weekend 2015 – orders due Monday!

The absolute last day to turn in orders is the April Booster Meeting (April 13, 2015). Orders may be turned into box marked “flower sale” in the band room if you can’t make the April meeting.

Boosters accept orders for flowers during March, turn in their orders in April  and pick up is the Saturday before Mothers Day. The 2015 delivery date is May 9, 2015. Materials related to the sale are below.  Be sure to mark the top of one order form as your MASTER copy.

  • Our annual Bunny Breakfast will by March 28th.  Donations of small stuffed animals (bunnies, chicks, lambs, etc) can be brought to the meeting or turned into Mr. Schoenherr in the bandroom. This is one of our community service projects.
  • Band Banquet (May 18th) tickets will be available for purchase at the meeting.

Reminder our February meeting will be Monday at 7pm in the ECC at Henry Ford II. Couple of items of interest are:

  1. Volunteers needed for February Crafters’ Clearance this Friday and Saturday (February 7th) . Our biggest fundraiser and a great opportunity to earn money towards Washington D.C. or next summer’s band camp. If school is closed on Monday, a notice will be sent and we will reschedule the HF2IMB Band Booster meeting to Monday, February 9.

Crafter’s Clearance Sign-Ups

We’re still in need of volunteers for both Friday and Saturday and we REALLY need help in the Parking Lot.  This is our biggest fundraiser of the year.  Reminder: you and/or your student (or any combination of volunteers) need to work six (6) hours to qualify for one share of the fundraising in the students account.
