Cheesecake orders are due at the next Band Booster meeting, which is next Monday, November 4 @ 7p. Checks for cheesecakes should be made payable to HFII IMB and included with your orders. FORM (in case you misplaced yours)

MSBOA
Don’t forget to get your tickets for MSBOA before Wednesday. You can get them from Mr Schoenherr. $3 adults and $2 students/seniors.
Friday concessions help needed
Hello All
We have a plea for assistance from the athletic boosters to help with the concession stand for Friday evenings game. If you can come no later then 6pm and stay to close (just after the game) they would greatly appreciate the help. They have been supportive of us at the craft show. Harper Woods Band-O-Rama
This Sunday is Harper Woods Band-O-Rama.

- Also, we are asking that if your student’s uniform is in need of any adjustments or repair, please bring that to school by Thursday. Mary Gudobba will be working on them in the evening. Please contact her if you can help with ironing, button fixing, etc. We could use two or three people. mag@dmms.com

Restaurant Night
Our first night of the school is coming on the 26th at Cheeseburger in Paradise. Print off a flier, dine at Cheeseburger and the band booster will earn some money for our students. Join us!
Donations Needed
This Saturday is the pre-festival rehearsal. We have some food available from the picnic but we do need other items.
150 hot dogs & 150 hot dog buns
150 individual size chips
20 dozen cookies/baked goods-NO peanut butter
Fruit-sliced oranges, apples, bananas,
150 cans of pop
150 paper plates
150 napkins
If you can please bring any of these items by THURSDAY to the band room so we have time to purchase anything that isn’t donated, that would be helpful. THANK YOU.
Action Item: Feeding Students
We are in need of a couple of volunteers (2/3) to help Cheri Martin feed the students on Friday between the Homecoming parade and game. Please contact her at sdamartin@wowway.com so she has an idea of helpers. Donations of cans of pop, paper plates, napkins and PEANUT FREE cookies. If you can get your donations in by Thursday afternoon that would be best. Thank you!
