Thanksgiving Day Parade
We have a schedule! It has now published on our calendar with attachment including all instructions. The most important information is that call time for your student is 6:30am on Thursday, November 28 and pick up back at the school is 1pm. Schedule.
Thanksgiving Parade-Action Items
HFII Marching Band Thanksgiving parade Rehearsals:
- Monday 11/18, 6-8pm
- Monday 11/25, 6-8 pm
Liability waivers are due by this Wednesday 11/13 at the latest. Please print, sign and return asap. Parade call time is still TBA. Music for the parade available in the band room, or print your own.
Also, our Elementary School Tour will be Tuesday 11/26, times TBA
Action Item: Feeding Students
We are in need of a couple of volunteers (2/3) to help Cheri Martin feed the students on Friday between the Homecoming parade and game. Please contact her at sdamartin@wowway.com so she has an idea of helpers. Donations of cans of pop, paper plates, napkins and PEANUT FREE cookies. If you can get your donations in by Thursday afternoon that would be best. Thank you!
Homecoming Open House
An invitation has been extended for Booster families to stop at Dee and Harv Daniels home Friday, to view the Homecoming parade. This is a nice opportunity to meet new parents and cheer for our students as the march by.

Sterling Heights, MIHomecoming Pizza
We are in need of some items/people for the Homecoming Pizza Dinner that is served to our students between the parade and the game. If you can assist, please contact Laurie Kazmierski at 586-731-4664 for details. This would be for Friday, September 13 but pizza arrangements need to be made in advance. Thank you!

Action Item-Freshman Orientation
Tomorrow the band will be playing for Freshman Orientation. Please have your student at the school at 6:15pm. They will be finishing around 7:15pm. If you student was at rehearsal tonight, they should have also brought home a schedule for next Monday and the parade. Here is the schedule again in case you missed the post earlier today.
Romeo Parade Schedule
We perform next week in the Romeo Parade. The schedule will be distributed tonight at Mini-Camp but you can view it here.
