2016 Graduation Chaperone Schedule

We need 4 Chaperone’s for the Graduation ceremony Saturday (June 11th). If you are available to go, please contact Tony Landini.

TIMELINE: GRADUATION

Saturday June 11, 2016

Concert Band & Choir

2:00   Arrive at HFII, load truck, get into concert/choir attire

2:15    Depart for The Palace

(UCS bus transportation to and from)

3:00ish   Arrive at The Palace; Band- set up concert formation, choir set up seating area

3:54    Novena (Band)

4:00   Ceremony starts, Pomp & Circumstance (Band), followed by National Anthem (Choir)

5:45 (Approx.)      Conclusion of ceremony, Coast Guards (Band), then pack up, head back to HFII

6:30   Back at Ford

IF YOU ARE NOT RETURNING TO HFII WITH THE BAND/CHOIR, YOU MUST HAVE A NOTE FROM YOUR PARENTS/GUARDIAN STATING WHOM YOU ARE GOING HOME WITH. YOU WILL GIVE THAT NOT TO THE BUS CHAPERON AS YOU GET ON THE BUS
