Here is the camp chaperone application form to send to Matt if you were interested in chaperoning band camp at CMU.

On Thursday April 26, from 7:20-3:30, Prestige Photography will be at Henry Ford II to photograph all members of the Falcon Marching Band. A customer service rep will be present to take orders (order form attached, available in the band room as well). You do not have to place an order, but we would like ALL marching band members to participate.
Full Uniform (no hats) with Instrument/mallets/flag. Colorguard in warmup jacket, black pants.
MOST uniforms are already here; if yours is still at home, bring it in!
Photos will take place in the ECC throughout the day, during class times. If you are NOT in a band class, see me for a pass, or come down during your lunch hour. UAIS students- the photographer will be here until 3:30.
Siblings- I’m sure mom & dad would love to have you photographed together; yes, we can do that!

Please have your student submit a bio, senior picture and a baby picture for this year’s band banquet booklet by April 27th. Pictures are preferred in jpg format. If submitting a hard copy of photo clearly print your name on reverse side of photos and they will be returned. Submissions can be given to Mr. Schoenherr but are preferred as an email and jpg to Lenny Luceus at lluceus@icloud.com

Join us for a fun day at the ballpark, volunteering in their picnic area. This is a great way to earn money for band camp and for our trip next year. If you’re a freshman parent and you volunteer for opening weekend you will have money in your student account for this years band camp. For each game you volunteer at you will receive $25.50 in your student account. You should’ve already gotten an email invite from Signup Genius. I will send out a second invite tomorrow. I’m currently asking that you sign up for no more than six spots per student. If the interest is great the number may be reduced. If there are openings you will be given another opportunity to sign up. Only the first 8 slots are guaranteed, but if we fill all 14 prior to next week I can reserve 14 slots for that date. We will also develop an on-call list for those who are available at a moments notice. Let’s show Jimmy John’s field what a great band we are!
